The Valens Company (OTCMKTS: VLNCF) has announced a third-party distribution deal with Tele Marche Co. Ltd through its subsidiary Green Roads. The agreement for the distribution and sale of Green Road’s CBD products by Tele Marche Co in Japan.

Tele Marche Co, in partnership with Green Roads, created a digital marketplace leveraging Green Roads’ marketing and eCommerce platform that enjoys around 9,000 orders monthly.

The Valens Company receives approval to sell goods in Quebec
The company has received approval to sub-contract or contract with a public body from Autorité des marchés publics in Quebec. Following the approval, the company can now register to be a goods and services vendor in Quebec. It will be a major step in the company entering Canada’s third-largest marijuana market.
